Tips for crisp results
- Take screenshots at the highest resolution your device offers so text stays readable when zoomed.
- Crop out browser bars and notifications before converting for a more professional page.
- If a screenshot has transparent corners, expect a white page behind it in the PDF.
- Large pictures make large PDFs. Reduce the size with “Max width (optional)” before building the PDF if you need to email it.
- Remember that text in screenshots is a picture, so it cannot be selected or searched in the final PDF.
Common PNG to PDF problems
The pages are shuffled
Use “Clear all” and add your screenshots again in the right order. Name files with numbers such as 01, 02, 03 if your system sorts alphabetically.
Blank space around the image
This appears when the screenshot shape differs from A4 or Letter. Switch to “Same as image” to remove it.
Everything came out as separate PDFs
